Pizzas

 

Our pizzas are a true artisan experience, crafted with Italian "00" flour and fermented for 48 hours to create an airy, elastic dough. Baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven built in Italy, each pizza cooks in just one minute at 400º. We use the finest ingredients, from Italian classics like Fior di Latte to local gems like hot honey and blue cheese, all brought to life with a unique blend of Neapolitan mastery and Argentinian flair.

Our pizzas are digestible and gut-friendly due to the natural fermentation process. Unlike ultra-processed pizzas, you won’t have any difficulties digesting them. However, if you are allergic or intolerant to gluten, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer gluten-free pizza, as our artisan pizzas are made with Italian "00" wheat flour, and cross-contamination in our prep station cannot be avoided.
