Terms & Conditions – Tango Street Food
Table Booking
Table reservations can be made through our online booking system, where you’ll find real-time availability and important notes.
Please note that not all menu items are available at all times, as our kitchens operate independently. Empanadas and pizzas are typically available during all opening hours, while our parrilla (grill) runs on select days only — this will be clearly stated when booking.
For groups larger than 8 people, please get in touch with us directly to confirm availability and ensure the best experience.
We recommend checking opening times and menu availability when reserving to avoid disappointment.
Delivery Policy
We do not provide delivery services or product shipping outside Ireland. All services are offered in person at our premises in Killarney, County Kerry.
Customers may pre-order food online through our website and select a pickup time during business hours. Orders must be collected from our restaurant at the selected time.
Payments
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Online and in-person payments are securely processed by Square. Tango Street Food does not retain any customer credit card information.

Return & Refund Policy
🍽️ Food Orders (Dine-In & Takeaway)
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible — in person, by phone, or by email — and we will work to resolve the issue. You may cancel a food order only before it has been prepared. Once food preparation has begun, we are unable to issue a refund.
🎁 Gift Vouchers (Digital Purchases)
Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued, in line with Irish consumer law. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and are fully transferable. They can be redeemed for food, drinks, or classes at our restaurant.
