Wood fired Pizzas
In Argentina the most traditional style is "pizza de molde" (thicker, sometimes crusty on the bottom but overall spongy) however the Neapolitan style is also gaining popularity (thin, tender, light and moist; sloppy middle and fluffy edges). Our pizzas are Neapolitan style with our own twist. These are artisan made through a 48-72 hours fermentation process, then balled and cooked in woodfired oven - for real... with undeniable timber flavour, second to none!
















Argentine Empanadas
Nothing less than Argentine favourite treat (well or at least one of the most popular ones!). The name comes from "empanar" (to "enbread") and it is believed to have been inherited from Spanish though we have them in hundreds of different flavours which also differ depending on the part of the country you are. Usually it is made with a tender dough filled with beef, chicken or vegetables and spices... There are plenty of options, even sweet empanadas made with dulce de leche. In Buenos Aires, the empanada is so important that it has been declared a Cultural Heritage of Food and Gastronomy by the Argentine Ministry of Culture. Try one and you'll find out!
