Delivery Policy
We don't have a delivery service at the moment, we can only offer our customers to order online through our website and collect the goods from our shop in person indicating a pick up time during business open hours
Payments
Prices are in Euros and all Invoices will be issued in Euros
You can pay by cash or credit card. Since payments are processed by BOIPA card reader terminal we don't keep any records of credit cards ourselves.
Viewing Orders & Updating Your Account Information
Log in to your Members Area to view your orders and edit/amend your account details and information.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the fresh & perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns however please get in touch (in person, by phone or email) to discuss any issues with your order.
Since we don't charge in advanced we kindly ask you to be considered and let us know in case you cannot collect your order at your earliest. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately or at least 1 hour before the selected time slot for pick up so we don't incur in any loss of product / revenue - we are a small business.
